The right amount of syrup and finished product arrives only after several glasses have been served

Concrete example:

The 1st glass lacks syrup and does not pour the full portion.

The 2nd glass still lacks syrup, but the dose is complete.

The 3rd glass is normal (syrup and dose).

 

Cause: Hydraulics, air entering the pump.

->Action: Replace the pump

The drink continues to flow even though I've stopped serving it

Cause: In push to pour mode, this can happen if there is dirt remaining on the screen.

->Action: Clean the screen

To access the setting screen on your Neo, it is important to start swiping at the beginning of the screen and not on the black side or in the middle of the screen.

KEG CHANGER

The Keg-Changer still indicates empty kegs and nothing changes after pressing the "New Keg Added"

Several options

a. No more gas on the kegs.
-> Action: Change the gas cylinder and press the « New Keg Added » button.

b. Purge clogged or purge connected to a leak-proof drum.
-> Action: unclog purge.

c. Keg head disconnected.
-> Action: Connect keg heads and press « New Keg Added » button.

d. On the display, check the sensor status indication at the bottom left of the screen
[a red color indicates that no liquid is detected and a blue color indicates the presence of liquid at the sensor].
-> Action: Connect kegs with beer, press the « New Keg Added » button and if the LED still shows red – the sensor is faulty.

The Keg-Changer does not finish the kegs

Several options

a. Incorrect gas pressure on kegs (air bubble between keg head and inlet valves).
-> Action: increase gas pressure on drums.

b. Purge clogged or connected to an airtight drum.
-> Action: unclog the drain

c. Tube length between drums and Keg-Changer.
-> Action: shorten tube or calibrate drain.

Nothing flows from the turret

Several options

a. The Keg-Changer indicates that all drums are empty.
-> Action: Press the « New Keg Added » button to restart a purging sequence.

b. Inlet valve faulty.
-> Action: Press the « Go to next Keg » button to switch to another inlet valve.

c. No more gas in keg.
-> Action: Change gas cylinder and press « New Keg Added » button.

d. If keg pressure exceeds 3 kg bar.
-> Action: increase electrical power to keg valve.

I do not see the doses and recipes I've just created for my unit

If an error appears, go back to the « Product » tab, edit the product in question and click on the « Submit » button.

Return to the « Device » tab and select your product again. An update should be visible.

I do not see the proper logo for my product

If the logos are not visible on the machine, simply go back to the “Product” tab and reload the logos.
