What is the warranty policy for your products?
All our dispensers ans solutions have a 2 years warranty (24 months).
How long do you guarantee the availability of spare parts?
We guarantee the availability of spare parts for 10 years.
Pricing & Finance
Where can I find the price list?
Our solution price list for distributors is available on demand.

Is there a distributor discount?
yes, we offer a discount for orders of 25 units or more.
Instalments and payments
Payment terms are as follows:
50% on order
50% on delivery
Is there a recommanded retail price we should comply with?
We strongly recommend applying the recommended retail prices for the machines. You are free to apply your own prices concerning your working hours etc…
Orders & Deliveries
What are the delivery times for international orders
Delivery times are given for 8 to 12 weeks from receipt of 1st instalment unless otherwise specified in the quotation.
If those deadlines are too short for your project. Please send us a request to ask for current state of delivery times.
Drinkotec Sàrl will do its utmost every effort to meet them, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as strikes, fires, accidents,
transport damage or any other cause beyond its control, in particular delays in supplies from suppliers.
Drinkotec Sàrl shall not be held liable for any delays if the buyer fails to provide necessary data or if the customer modifies his order.
Delays in delivery do not entitle the purchaser to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages.
What is the order process?
1. To place an order as a reseller, contact your privileged account manager or contact us at: support@drinkotec.ch
2. You will receive an order confirmation.
3. You will receive a 1st instalment invoice. This payment triggers your order processing.
4. Your order is shipped (if we insure the delivery) or you will receive a confirmation to collect it.
How do you deliver materials?
We offer complete flexibility in the delivery of materials. Depending on your preferences, we can either use our own delivery service or collaborate with your designated carrier.
If Drinkotec undertakes to deliver the equipment, this service will be invoiced.
Our goal is to provide you with a delivery solution that meets your specific needs, ensuring an efficient and personalized process.

I cannot display the setting mode on my NEO screen
To access the setting screen on your Neo, it is important to start swiping at the beginning of the screen and not on the black side or in the middle of the screen.
Beverages
How can I calculate the brix ratio on my Neo?
We recommand you to use a Brix cup to do the brix ratio on Neo.
If you do not have a brix cup to apply the ratio, you can calculate the amount in milliliters needed to meet the ratio. The calculation is as follows:
amount of water x ratio
For example, for the NEO, the calculation is as follows:
220 / ratio
If your ratio is 1:5, the calculation is: 220/5 = 44
You will need 44 ml of syrup when you adjust the brix.

What size and shape for logos
What size and format for marketing videos?
- The video resolution should not exceed 1920x1080pixels. The ideal resolution is 1280×720 pixels.
- The video should not exceed 25MB.
- It must be in mp4 format.
